WoW Wrath of the Lich King Pre-Patch is Coming!Start leveling your Death Knights on August 30.

With Wrath of the Lich King Classic coming on Sept. 26, players Buy WotLK Classic Gold are excited to replay one of the best expansions of the game. WotLK is a content addition that defined World of Warcraft, and players are glad to experience it again. So what should they do before the expansion (and beyond) besides farming WoW TBC soon-to-be WoTLK gold?

Level A New Class

On Aug. 30, you can create your own Death Knight and level them up so they can be ready for the expansion. There are at least three weeks to do so, which should be enough time to fix builds and collect all the equipment you need for them.

As all of its trees attest, the Death Knight is a hybrid tanking/DPS class. The methods will differ depending on which one you choose to invest in. Blood doubles up on the survival aspect but can still deal substantial damage. Frost is the CC specialization and could be the most DPS-leaning of the trees. The last one is Unholy, which focuses on AoE and DoT damage, leaning more towards utility.

Participate in A Zombie Plague Event

In what could be a recreation of the Corrupted Blood Incident (but this time, purposefully), players will have to avoid getting infected by the Zombie Plague. It will put a survival bent on the usual RPG mechanics of the game since towns will be quarantined to prevent the spread. That means finding alternative means to get supplies and other basic needs.

Fight for Azeroth in A Scourge Invasion Event

Necropolis will attack several locations throughout Azeroth, and it’s your job to drive them back; rewards and other accolades are up for grabs. This is a recreation of a similar event in the past, so this is a second chance for veterans who felt they could have performed better. For newbies, this is an epic event that they shouldn’t miss.

Drinks Are on You in Brewfest

After surviving two grueling events, it’s time to celebrate as Brewfest begins! Starting on Sept. 20 and to Oct. 6, it covers the expansion’s release, and that’s certainly something to celebrate. There will be a fair and accompanying activities, plus all the alcohol your character can drink. Remember: drink (in the game) responsibly.

Beyond the Launch

Aside from the Brewfest celebrations, you can also expect a new season of PvP. New raids will open for anyone itching for new bosses to tackle, too. Naxxramas, The Eye of Eternity, and the Obsidian Sanctum will open their gates on Oct. 6.

These three classic raids will pit you against Kel’Thuzad, Malygos, and Sartharion. For the latter, his lieutenants Shadron, Tenebron, and Vesperon won’t be far behind. The fate of Northrend and the whole of Azeroth rests on your success in defeating these bosses and more later.

Enjoy the Wrath of the Lich King

On Sept. 26, you can start re-experiencing one of the most beloved expansions of World of Warcraft as closely as possible to the original release. While specific updates have been made to make it closer to more recent gaming sensibilities, the storyline and other content will remain the same.

For any fan who missed the first time, this is a second chance to experience the masterpiece that is this expansion. In contrast, long-time players can revisit memories of their first time and replay the events that shaped Azeroth once again.

No matter which category you fall into, this Classic experience will be one that won’t be forgotten.

Excited for Wrath of the Lich King Yet?

While Blizzard announced some concerning things about the release, don’t let those dampen your excitement about the expansion. A noisy part of the fandom loves criticizing every move the devs make. If you think the changes are okay, there’s no reason to listen to them. Sometimes they might have a point, though rarely.

Still, the developers will stick to what they’ve decided unless the launch proves that it is not working. Anyway, despite these ‘problems,’ you can find things to enjoy about the expansion that isn’t related. If you’re having fun, then the game is fulfilling its purpose.

So prepare your WoW WoTLK gold, gear up your characters, and look forward Wotlk Classic Gold to playing Wrath of the Lich King Classic.
