Leicester City 0910 Opponents Part 1

As the Coca Cola Championship is about a month away, I will preview all the teams which Leicester City will play next season, as a fresh new start in the Championship awaits for the Foxes.Barnsley Leicester City will play Barnsley on Buffalo Bills Hats the 22nd of August and 26th of January. Barnsley yet again could have a tough season and could well be inthe relegation mix at the end of the season. However, the Tykes will welcome back Iain Hume from a long term injury as they wait for the new season. Also Jamal Campbell-Ryce could well play a big part in Barnsleys season. Stephen Foster in Defence and Striker Jon Macken could well be useful a sets for Barnsley in the 09/10 season.Blackpool Leicester City host Blackpool on the 12th of September and the Foxes play away at Blackpool on the 6th of February. Blackpool with new manager Ian Holloway in charge (not a favourite with Leicester fans), could bring succe s at the seaside club, however a mid-table place will probably be Stefon Diggs Jersey the best in 09/10. Blackpool has lost many loan signings at the end of the season, but of course Ian Holloway will bring fresh faces into the clubin the next two months. Charlie Adam who was on loan last season looks set to make his move permanent. However with the squad Blackpool have got so far it could well struggle. Brett Ormerod could well be the stand out player in theBlackpool side andKeith Southern could also play atbig part in there season. Blackpool needs to buy many playersor they could see themselves relegated at the end of May.Bristol City Leicester City plays Bristol City at the Walkers Stadium on the 8th of December. Then Leicester plays away at Ashton Gate on the 16th of February. Bristol City could well have another good season in the Championship. However the Championship looks a lot tougher in 09/10 with Newcastle, Middlesbrough and West Brom going down. Tyler Matakevich Jersey Bristol City could well mi s out on the play-offs but are capable of finishing in the top ten. Bristol City has recently signed Paul Hartley, David Clarkson and Dean Gerken for the 09/10 season. On the other hand they look set to lose Michael McIndoe to Sheffield United and they have already lost Dele Adebola to Nottingham Forest. On the positive note Bristol City have got a very strong defence, with Bradley Orr, Liam Fontaine, Louis Carey and others who can play at the back will all be useful this season. The Robins goalkeeper Adriano Ba so could also play a big part again at Ashton Gate. Rodger Saffold Jersey Also players to watch for Bristol Cityin 09/10 seasoninclude Cole Skuse and Ivan Sproule. Cardiff Leicester City plays Cardiff away on the 19th of December. Then again at the Walkers Stadium on the 13th of March 2010. This season Cardiff City will move to a new stadium which will be known as the Cardiff City Stadium. Cardiff had a very good season in 08/09 and should have reached the play-offs, however there form dropped and the Bluebirds had to settle for 7th. This season Cardiff will hope Ryan Bates Jersey for more of the same. Ro s McCormack, Paul Parry and Gavin Rae could all play big parts in Cardiffs season. Also Cardiff will hope that Joe Ledley stays as he istheBluebirdskey player. They have already made many signings and have brought in three defenders, Anthony Gerrard from Walsall, Mark Hudson from Charlton and Paul Quinn from Motherwell. They have also signed David Marshall who might well be Cardiffs number one this season. Lastly Michael Chopra has signed from Sunderlandon a permanent deal after a loan spell with the club.
