Diablo 4's infamous new Abattoir of Zir event is primed for changes, thanks to Diablo 4 gold developers listening to feedback.

Earlier this week, the Abattoir of Zir event went live as a brand new endgame activity for the ongoing Season 2, billed as a super-hard event for only the most experienced Diablo 4 players. However, it's proved to be more frustrating than enjoyable, as players have decried the time required to get everything out of the event, as well as wild difficulty spikes.

Now, Blizzard developers have shown they're listening to the feedback. In the tweet below, Diablo 4 global community development director Adam Fletcher acknowledged the feedback, adding that the devs "have some changes in the works" for the Abattoir of Zir, and are aiming to release a hotfix before the current week is out.

Nearly 2% of all player deaths inDiablo 4have been caused by a single boss.

It's already been over a week since Diablo 4 launched, and to celebrate, Blizzard has given us an insight into what players have been up to in Sanctuary over the first seven days, which includes being slain by the Butcher - the series' iconic and extremely tough boss - a heck of a lot of times.

The Diablo 4 week one launch stats show that players met their end a combined 316,991,632 times. 5,792,063 of these were at the hands of the Butcher, making him responsible for cheap Diablo IV gold almost 2% of all player deaths in Diablo 4 so far.
