I won't talk about the use of LaserGRBL in this document, because each machine is different and the use is slightly different. However, the law of laser engraver sale parameters can be followed, as long as you understand it, you no longer need any reference, and you can adjust yourself.
1, carving gray image
The original image is as follows:
When we select an image, the first page for setting parameters appears, as follows:
In general, when carving grayscale images on Aufero2 machines, the parameter of the red border is the most basic setting.
Brightness: Makes the whole picture brighter or darker.
Contrast: makes the black and white of the picture sharper or less distinct
White cut: makes white areas whiter.
These three parameters can determine the overall laser engraver sale imaging effect. When we carve grayscale images, in fact, a lot of the time, we're fine-tuning these three parameters. According to the laser laser engraver sale parameter table, other parameters can be basically.
Let's see what happens when I fine-tune these three parameters, as follows:
As you can see, I adjusted the brightness and contrast, and the overall picture feel is variable, which helps the laser engraver sell in between black and white. Because you have to remember that the laser will only carve the black part. If the overall picture is too dark, the image will be very dark and the carved image will feel blurred. White clips are not usually used for grayscale but are usually used for black-and-white images.
Other parameter boxes are in red.
Line-to-line tracing: laser engraver sale pictures use this mode
Direction: General selection level. Because the Aufero2 machine is set up for the highest precision of horizontal engraving, the gray-scale imaging effect is the best.
Mass: Usually 15 or 10. In my tests, 15 is usually the best parameter for grayscale images.
Next, we go to the second parameter setting page.
In general, the first parameter "speed" and the third parameter, the S-MAX of the laser (i.e. the laser power) appear together. When the laser engraver sale speed is faster, the S-MAX of the laser must be larger, otherwise the engraving will not leave a pattern. If the engraving speed is slow, the S-MAX of the laser should be small.
Second parameter: Sculpted grayscale images are uniform in M4 mode. M4 mode is also known as M4 dynamic power. When performing engraving work, the laser head must constantly accelerate and decelerate to follow the change in direction.
Conclusion: To achieve good gray-scale image laser engraver sales, we usually only need to fine-tune brightness and contrast, and the rest parameters can be referred to the given parameter table. After fine-tuning, if you still feel that the picture is relatively dark, you may need to lower the S-MAX of the laser.
