e) The Refund would be processed in the form of cash or some voucher.
f) Total compensation will be initiated within 7-10 working days in the original mode of payment.

You are eligible to receive the full refund if you face any of outlined scenario :-
- Air France cancels your flight.
- Air France delays your flight by more than 5 hours.
- Air France does not stop its flight at your destination.
- Air France denies you boarding on a confirmed booking despite having checked in on time for your flight.
- Air France downgrades your booking class.
