For doing a project, the decision for work depends on the allocation of budget to the work in upcoming period of time and estimates the following parameters such as project life, project cost, expected payoff if successful and the probability of success and these parameters does not change for subsequent periods though new estimations will be used there are possibilities of opposite decisions for that period.
