The Sustainable World Zimbabwe Trust will provide food aid to 500 children aged five and below in Makoni District, Manicaland province of Zimbabwe. The children are suffering from malnutrition as a result of the EL-NINO drought that is affecting Zimbabwe. Makoni District like many regions in Zimbabwe, is facing severe effects of the El Nino phenomenon that is ravaging communities. Due to climate change, communities experienced low rainfall during the 2023/2024 farming season.
